Licensing, free trial and paid licence
Every ZenithAI server comes with a 30-day free trial. Think of it as a proper aazmaish (try-out): the full product, for as many people as you like, on your own hardware. When you are happy, you buy a licence key for that server.
The free trial
Section titled “The free trial”- It lasts 30 days and has no limit on users.
- It starts when your first administrator signs in. An admin can also start it any time from Settings › Admin › Licence › Start 30-day trial.
- Each server gets one trial.
- It works without internet. Nothing has to reach us for the trial to start.
Until the trial has started, only administrators can use the server. This keeps the clock from running before you are ready.
When the trial or licence ends

Your chats, documents and settings are not touched. Sign-in and the licence page always stay open, so an administrator can fix things in a minute.
Administrators see a reminder banner 7 days before the licence ends. Other users don’t see it.
Buy or renew a licence
Section titled “Buy or renew a licence”- Go to Settings › Admin › Licence and copy the serial number. It looks like
ZEN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. - Send it to sales@data.in, along with your company name.
- You receive a licence key starting with
ZEN1. It is made for that serial only. - Paste it into Install licence key. It works straight away, with no restart.
Renewals work the same way: a new key for the same serial. If your server is online, a renewed key can also arrive by itself during the daily check-in.
What the licence page shows
Section titled “What the licence page shows”Status, Serial number, Licence (Trial or Full), the start date, and the end date with days left. Dates can’t be edited on this page. Only a new key changes them.
Your licence and your hardware
Section titled “Your licence and your hardware”The serial number comes from your server’s hardware, so a key works only on the server it was made for.
- If the hardware can’t be read for a short while, for example during maintenance, the server keeps working for up to 72 hours using the last good check.
- If you replace the server or its main hardware, it gets a new serial number. Send the new serial to sales@data.in for a new key.
- Turning the system clock back doesn’t bring an expired licence back to life.
Common questions
How long is the ZenithAI free trial?
The trial runs for 30 days with no limit on the number of users. Each server gets one trial. It starts when your first administrator signs in, or when an admin clicks Start 30-day trial.
Does the trial need an internet connection?
No. The trial is created on your server without contacting anyone. Your server checks in once a day when it can, but a failed check-in never blocks anyone.
What happens to our data when the licence ends?
Nothing is deleted or changed. People who are not administrators see a page saying ZenithAI is not available until a new licence key is installed. Administrators can still sign in and install the key.
How do I buy or renew a licence?
Copy the serial number from Settings, Admin, Licence and send it to sales@data.in. You will receive a licence key made for that server. Paste it into Install licence key and it takes effect straight away.
Can I move my licence to a new server?
A key works only on the server it was made for. If you replace the server or its main hardware, it gets a new serial number. Send the new serial to sales@data.in and you will get a new key.
