How letters are laid out
Section titled “How letters are laid out”Letters follow the order Indian offices expect:
- Letterhead or sender
- Ref. number
- Date
- To (the recipient’s name and address)
- Subject
- Salutation (Dear Sir/Madam)
- Body
- Closing and signature
- Encl. and Copy to, when needed
Page and text style
Section titled “Page and text style”- A4 paper with 2.54 cm (1 inch) margins on all sides.
- Calibri for text and Cambria for headings. Hindi text uses a Devanagari font.
- Rupee amounts use Indian grouping, for example ₹17,12,500.
- If you don’t give a date, today’s date is filled in, written like 6 October 2026.
- Up to 20 pages in one document. Letters stay short: at most four sections.
Download your file
Section titled “Download your file”The file appears in chat as a card with its title, size and expiry date. Click the download arrow. Files are kept for 7 days by default; your administrator can change this.

How do I get a Word file instead of a chat reply?
Say Word or docx in your message, for example "write a notice for the office shifting as a Word file". If your message doesn't name a file type, ZenithAI answers in chat instead.
Can ZenithAI write Word documents in Hindi?
Yes. Ask for the document in Hindi and it uses a Devanagari font. If you don't give a date, today's date is filled in with Hindi month names.
How long can I download a Word file I created?
The download card shows the expiry date. By default files are kept for 7 days, and your administrator can change this. Only you can download your files.
