Chat with ZenithAI at work

Chat is where most work in ZenithAI starts. Ask in plain English or Hindi, the way you would ask a colleague. No special commands needed.

Attach files

Click the attach button and choose Image, Audio, Video or Document.

Video	MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, AVI, WebM, up to 100 MB and 5 minutes. Phone videos go in as they are.
Documents	PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV, TXT, Markdown, JSON, XML, HTML, YAML, email (.eml), logs and code files

• Old Office formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt) are refused with a message to re-save them as .docx, .xlsx or .pptx.
• One message can carry up to about 150 MB of attachments in total.
• Files that can’t be used are refused as soon as you pick them, with the reason.
• Images, audio and video need a tier that can read them. If your tier can’t, ZenithAI tells you which one to switch to.

When an answer is based on your file, it says Answered from your attachment(s) with the file name.

Pasting text

Text you copy from Word, Excel or a web page goes in as text, not as a picture of text. Screenshots and real files still attach as files.

See where answers come from

• Sources: web answers end with a numbered, clickable Sources list.
• Thinking line: a single line like Thought for 6s, searched 3 sites. Click it to see the steps and the reasoning. It stays when you reopen the chat.

Exact sums

Ask a simple arithmetic question, like “what is 18% of 245000?”, and ZenithAI usually works it out with a calculator instead of the AI model. Then the answer is marked Calculated. Write numbers without commas for the best results. In longer answers, the AI can use the same calculator, and you see Checking arithmetic with the calculator while it works.

Small things that help

• Copy prompt: every message you send has a copy button, so you can reuse a good question.
• Message tags: add #search to force a web search, #nosearch to skip it, or #knowledge to answer from the model’s own knowledge.

Ask well, get better answers

Say what you want and in what form: “Summarise this circular in five points for the branch staff” works better than “summarise”.

Common questions

Which files can I attach to a ZenithAI chat?

Images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP), audio (WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG, FLAC), video (MP4, MOV, M4V, MKV, AVI, WebM, including phone videos), and documents such as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text, email and code files. Old .doc, .xls and .ppt files need to be saved in the new format first.

Does ZenithAI do arithmetic correctly?

Simple arithmetic questions, such as 18% of 245000, are usually worked out exactly by a calculator, without the AI model, and marked Calculated. In other answers the AI can use the same calculator when it needs to.

Why does my answer say Answered from your attachment?

It tells you the answer was based on the file you attached, and names the file. It shows the source only. Check important facts against the document yourself.
